The discovery was made that no jurisdiction could be had in this county against William D. Anderson on the charge of bastardy/and he was released. This was done nnder a recent decision of the Supreme Court which is that such a case most be commenced In the county where the defendant resides. Anderson, however, did not get many whiffs of the air of freedom until be was re-arreeted on the charge of seduction. On this charge he waived examination before *Squire Anson and was bound over to await the action of court in the sum of $500. He thinks he can give bail.Since the calaboose was finished at
