Holding WausharaCounty Court TermWautoma, Wis. —(Special)— By a directed verdict the estate of Rudolph Danner, deceased, was a wai tied $3,000 from Barney Enders Monday as circuit court opened before Judge Byron B. Park. The verdict w as rendered after stipulation ofsettlement bv both nlaintiff and de-^ *fendant in open com:.Divorces -were granted to Edna Tice from Bex ford Tice and $25 a month alimony; Serena Chaileson from Clarence Charleson with $10 a month alimony; and Bemita Gaylord from Arden Gaylord with $1 a month alimony and $5 a month for support of a minor child. Tice was also ordered to pay S10 a month toward the support of a daughter.Four criminal cases were dismissed and three continued to the next term of court, while two civil cases were granted a continuance. Cum-uial cases dismissed were: State vs. Delbert Querveld; Eldon Bruhn, B. Kr Taylor, and Marvin Krause.
