Trojan found guiltyof lesser chargeTROY - Alfred E. St umbo, 45, of S92 Staunton, Troy, was found guilty of negligent homicide Tuesday, in Miami County Common Pleas Court.Jn the second day of a jury trial, Stumbo changed his plea and was found guilty of the reduced charge.He had been indicted for voluntary manslaughter.Stumbo was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Aug. 13 of last year and was charged in the shooting death of his brother-in-law, Donald Hall, 44, of 991Staunton, Troy. The shooting occured during a quarrel.Stumbo was referred to the adult probation department for a pre-sentence investigation. He will besentenced by Judge William Kessler, May 27.
