RESUMES CASETACOMA (-AP) — The state re-sumes on May 3 presentation ofits case against four Indianscharged with illegal gillnetting of gamefish on the Nisqually River.Deputy Pros. Don Herron said the date was set at a defense request. The four were arrested Jan. 6 in a big State Game Department raid and their trial recessed March 28, after three days of testimony.The men are Raleigh Kover, 40, and Douglas Jay Deriekson, 18, both Olympia; and Ernest Gleason, 62, and Albin J. Bridge, 41, both of Nisqually. The state charges they are not true Nis-quallys and thus have no treaty rights to fish.
