SHERIFF’S SALE ON DECREEBy virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the clerk of the Vermillion circuit court in a cause wherein Clarence Harpold is plaintiff and South St. Bernice Coal Company defendant, requiring me to make the sum of two hundred eighty-three dollars and sixty-five cents, withinterest on said decree and costs, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, onSaturday, the 3rd Day of May, A. D. 1919between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m and 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the court house in Vermillion county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, the following:All tipples, dumps, steam boilers, engines, tracks, cars, scales, mules and all other machinery and equipment used to conduct and operate a certain coal mine belonging to and used by the said defendant South St. Bernice Coal Company and which is situated in, on and upon the land of Nancy Runyan and Louts F. Ru.iyan, which land is si uate in the north- j west quarter of section 10, township 14, north ot range 10 west in Vermil-j lion county, Indiana, or so much; thereof as may he necessary for the , purpose, be sold by the Sheriff and j the proceeds applied to the payment f of plaintiff’s claim and cost and attorney fees.If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to public sale all tipples, dumps, steam boilers, engines,, tracks, cars, scales, mules and ail other machinery and equipment or so much thereof as may. be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs. - Said sale will be made without any relief whatever from valuation or appraisement lawsMorton HollingsworthSheriff Vermillion countyMiller Causey, Attys. for Plaintiff March 29, A.
