This the woman and Le Mar refused to do. Then Del aney put ids weight against the door and broke it open. He had a pistol in it!'- hand and the doh-ndant said they both find at thlt; same time. Alt Hickox's evidence consisted in intro during a plan of the building wher* the shooting occurred and an expert explanation of tin same. Mr. Dearborn testified to finding three bullet toles in the room alter the tragedy j two on the west wall and one on the j south wall, also a bullet mark on tie door, one* on the overhead rafter an . a third on the wall ol' the adjoinim room.
