EXPENSIVE TRESPASS.John Stout Got Fined for Taking Coal from Railroad.John Smut, an employe of the Siurkin furniture works, was arrested this morning l»v I lie \ andalia |*-li»-e upon a charge of stealing eoal from the company's yards. The fellow admitted taking the eoal. but ashe promised never to do so again he was allowed to go upon a plea of guilty to a charge ot trespass. I'u-der the law Stout eordd have been sent over the road on the charge of theft. Stout arranged to pay the tine of f2i and ewts attached to the trespass proceedings and was allowed to go.
