It is not believed that his injuries are serious. Sofolo refused a request by State Trooper Kenneth Fischback and Lee County Coroner Robert ^reston who talked with him in the hospital shortly after midnight to take a blood test to determine his sobriety.Sofolo was the driver of a car in August 1955 in which a youth waskilled.
