Leisure said, last night investigation revealed that Denbow had left the home shortly before 10 a. m. and went downtown5lt;nnwe:oF-fiPCsto a store where he purchased the atigun and ammunition, a plain case of premeditated murder. A seven-shot 22 calibre revolver was used.Mrs. Ruth Koher, 25, daughter who lived with the estranged couple, said her parents had been divorced about six years but they had been living in the same house since last fall. They had been quarreling all morning, she said, and after his return to the home, he shut the door between the kitchen where the daughter was ironing and the room where her mother was and after a short time.
