Kimmell, the young mancharged with forging the names ofhis father and uncle, Alonzo andMarion Kimmel, on a note amounting to 1179 which was purpcrted tobe made payable to him and whichhe endorsed, presented to the Peo-he drew the money. Kimmel wastaken before ’Squire Fippen thismorning, where he waived preliminary examination. His bondwas fixed at 11,000 for his appear-circuit court but he was unable toget the bond hied and he was sentnlipies bank at Windfall and 011 which dance in the first term of the Tipton aback to jail.
