A HELENA AREA man, who contends he was injured in a Feb. 25 accident at the intersection of Broadway and Montana Avenue, has filed suit against the driver of a second vehicle involved.In the complaint filed today with the Clerk of Court, Robert Rule asks $37,135 in damages from Lewis J. Kelly, whose address is listed as Lewis and Clark County.Rule alleges his vehicle was hit from behind by the Kelly vehicle, and he was brusied and he suffered a sprained back and neck.For damages to his vehicle he asks $908; for lost wages he asks $720; for medieal espenses to date he asks $507, and he seeks $35,000 in general damages, according to the complaint.
