—— -—Insane BoySHOOTS DOWN STOREKEEPER AND IS CAPTURED BY CITIZENS.v PARKERSBURG. W. Va.. April 21. —Edward Clark, a seventeen-year-old boy. of this city, was captured near Cherry. Wirt county, by a posae of cltiaenB, on the charge of shooting W. \V. Cheatham, a merchant at that place. Young Clark, whom it turns cut to be. Is probably demented, entered Cheatham's store yesterday morning and deliberately, without apparent cause, fired at his head. Cheatham will die. If the excited farmers bad not believed that Clark was mentally unbalanced ho would have been lynched. Clark gave no reason for the shooting. —*
