Man wanted on drug chargesGORMAN — A search continued late Wednesday for a man wanted in connection with a drug arrest at a residence here. Members of the Oakland/Garrett County Narcotics Task Force and the Garrett County Sheriffs Department conducted a search _ _ B —warrant at the resi- ■ ROIIC© L.OCJ OFI Owdence of James -Bircher and Pamela Teter.Officers found a quarter pound of suspected marijuana and associated drug paraphernalia during the search.A resident of the home, Pamela Teter, 36, Althouse Hill Road, was arrested at the time and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.A second resident of the home, James Bircher, is also being sought.Teter is currently being held on $5,000 bond in the Garrett Countv Jail.
