Paternity Suit AgainstErrol Flynn DroppedHOLLYWOOD, April 20—(INS) —Mrs. Shirley Evans Hassau’s paternity suit against swashbuckling screen star Errol Flynn fizzled out today.When it was called for trial in Superior court, no one appeared for either party and the suit was i put “off calendar.”S “As far as we are concerned, there is no suit,” said Robert E. Ford, attorney for Flynn. “Flynn has not been served with summons, as required, in any suit since Mrs. Hassau’s first complaint i was dismissed on a demurrer.”I Mrs. Hassau brought suit last fall claiming Flynn was the father of her 3-year-old daughter Marilyn, without benefit of matrimony
