Stitt and Ambler both testifiedto having been called to attend Mrs rfogcrs and to the character of thewound which she received. They sakishe suffered intense pain and was veryinr h shocked. Mr, Stitt testified Mra.Rogers was removed to the kittuiinine hospital the same day of theshooting and the fo.lowing day the toillet which had entered the right lowerleg was located by means of the X-rayat a point abov** the knee, was surccwiully removed.
