He was released from Huron CountyJail Thursday after being granted immunity in exchange for testifying against Reed.Charges were dropped against Spencer for aiding andabetting in both aggravated robbery and aggravated murder in connection with the Skiver murder. His $100,000 cash bond was also dropped.The immunity was granted on two conditions — that Spencer did not pull the trigger, and he was not present at the execu-tion-style murder, when two bullets were fired into Skiver’s head.
