Grand Jury Meets 4 Days, Returns 31 IndictmentsThe April term of Circuit Court which began last Monday April 9th, adjourwed on Friday, after buft five days of court.The Grand Jury adjourned on Thursday after four days in session in which lime, 31 indictments were returned.Trials which were tried in this court and part of the cases which were set over until courts are listed below:COMMONWEALTH VS.Willard Cox, giving intoxicating liquor to another, not guilty.J. B. Flannery, wreckless driving $50 and cost.Clarence Wells, having untaxed liquor in possession, $100.00 and 30 days.Geneva Cox, assault and battery, case dismissed.Hubert McCoy, breach of peace, case dismissed-Gladys Cox and Virgil Parrish, shooting into a dwelling house, case dismissed-Cecil 'Burton, rape, order for feiting bond.Noah Tomlin, selling whiskey, case dimissed until August term-Clay Johnson and Brownie Johnson, breaking and entering a dwelling house, 2 years in State Peniten-iary.
