Ing three Findlay men In an alleged violation of the Dyer act, namely transporting stolen automobiles from one state to another.The three defendants in theac-tion are Stanley Smith, Howard Arras and Gdorge Foster. Police Chief Larkins and Day Turnkey Johnston testified before the federal grand Jury.The law closed in on the trio here after suspicions pointed to numerous automobile thefts. AH three confessed, police said, to stealing the cars and installing new motors in them.
