A special from Goshen of yesterday says: John A. Rigney, a Notre Daiuc graduate, was today arrested by the United States authorities charged with sending obscene matter through the mails In a letter addressed to II. B. Burchardt, of Indianapolis, in which the moral character of Mrs. Burchardt was reflected upon. He was hound over to the federal court to appear May 5.
