Shoots Wife, Puts Affairs In Orcfer,i *jTafces Own LifeCOLUMBUS, April 17 (INS)—A 65-year-old Columbus attorneyafter shooting his wife, wentabout carefully putting his* legalaffairs in shape Wednesday before shooting himself.Police said Harry B. Yarnell left the body ,of his murdered wife in | the house and went to the court (house shortly after 8 a. m. He spoke with friends a few minutes and then went to the county recorder’s office to record cancellation of a $4,000 mortgage on his property.He. then left the building, and according to court house employes, paused “for some time” looking into the window of a nearby tombstone company.Arrived home, he called police) to tell them, “I think I have a suicide here.”When police arrived they found his wife, Theresa Jean Yarnell, 49,1 lying on a bed with a bullet wound in the he.ad.. Yarnell Was unconscious on the floor, also with a bullet wound in the head. He was still breathing, but died enroute to the hospital.Police*, said Mrs. Yarnell had been shot late Tuesday1.
