Cleaning Out a Policeman.An interesting tight occurred justacross the San Pedro this morning whenPoliceman Westmoreland undertook toarrest Eliza Bell and Sarah Lee as beingvagrants. These sable hued damselsdenied the allegation and proceeded to go for that policeman most vigorously. His hat and clothes showed plainly the signs of the fray, but he finally managed to get them up before the Recorder whogroceeded to vindicate the outraged law y lining them $o or live davs each.
