Six were fined a total of $1§5 and $28 costs and the remaining four were-dismissed with warnings.Edgar John Kerber of Emmets-burg was charged with speeding March SO by .Highway Patrolman Dick Fellin. He appeared before Mayor Brown April 4 and was fined $10 and $4 costs.Beryl Jay Hull of Emmets burg was charged by Police Chief Bill Curry March 29 with possession of liquer as. a minor. He appeared March 30 and was fined $25 and $4 costs.Wayne' Francis Bodge of Milford was charged April 4 by Chief Curry with . failure to yield the right of way. He appeared the same day and was dismissed with a warning. ;/-•; Bennie Calvin. Hilton. of Rolfe was charged with' speeding March 25 by Police Officer Forrest Per-due.
