Miss Bertha Baker, 90,109 Elizabeth Ave.t Charleston, W. Va., died Monday in the Harrell Memorial Nursing Home, Charleston.Born in Oxford, she was a daughter of David and Emma Caldwell Baker.A graduate of MiamiUniversity, Miss Baker taught French and Bnglish in Orlando, Fla., Charleston High School and Flint, Mich., Junior College.Survivors include two sisters. Mrs. B. E. (Grace) Procter, Charleston, Mrs. A. W. (Lillian) Last. Fremont,Ohio; a brother, D. Russell Baker, Oxford.Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Barlow-Bonsall FuneralHome, Charleston.Graveside services and burial will be Thursday at 3 p.m. in the OxfordCemetery.
