’Elnmood Man Ploads^iot Guilty To ChargeOf Joy-Hiding HereEdgar J, Gainer, 27, of Elm wood. Dleaded not guilty in MuBCiV¥fiilebbt1*lt;niclpal court Monday morning toa charge of joy-riding. The charge was filed after police allegedly apprehended him while driving a car which had been reported stolen Sonday morning.The car had been parked at 226 South Twelfth street at 5:30 p. m. Saturday while its owner, Rex 'Graham, 2626 C street, was out } of town. Graham returned at 4 a. m. Sunday to find the car j ] missing. Police located the car at Twentieth and O streets a half-hour later, and arrested thedriver.Trial was set for April 19, and appearance bond was set at $500.
