The magistrate declared that this was one of the worst cases of deliberately t manufacturing homebrew for sale that had come to his attention,Perchaluk told the police that he had been manufacturing homebrew since the fall of 1936, and had been j j selling it for two dollars a gallon. \ A sleigh located on his farm had . apparently been fitted up for the t delivery of the illicit liquor. It contained a compartment fitted with a *' lock and large enough to hold : eight or ten gallons.
