GRAND JURY INDICTS THREEni-i-5“ennMarch Term of Court Closed Saturday After Busy Session of Four Weeks.The March term of the Starke circuit court closed, Saturday. On the final day the grand jury which s had been in session all week made its report. Three indictments were returned, two for illegal yoting and one for accessary to theft. Those r indicted for illegal voting are August F. Tost and Albert Berg. It is charged in the indictment that fierg, being a minor, voted in the recent option election and that Tost had not resided in the township the required 60 days before the option e election at which he voted, Bert Kirkham was also indicted for being an accessary to the theft of some cow peas. They are all under bond, The grand jury failed to indict in the Scott and Garvison cases, owing to a lack of evidence. The body visited the poor asylum and made recommendations as to certain need-13 ed repairs.in
