Brown, parole commissioner, announced yesterday.aRalph Brasher, serving 20 years from Cape Girardeau county for second degree murder, burglary' and larceny and breaking jail, has the longest term hearings. Floyd Stacey, serving 21 years from Jasper county for grand larceny, stealing chickens in the night time and breaking jail, is among the parole applicants.
