OELWEIN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, members of the junior classes, took over the duties and responsibiftf ies of city officials Monday during Young Citizens Day, They held a city council meeting Monday night following the regular council meeting. Student officials from OCHS included Terry Granneman, mayor pro-lem, Debbie Emery, treasurer pro-tem, Roger Bayness, Cheryl McIntosh and Beth Qlander, council members.
