After disposing of the cases against the three boys Judge Criss was presiding at the trial of FloydWolfe, 37 years old. Dresser tavernproprietor, who is charged with receiving and disposing of stoleni goods.Wolfe, through his attorney. Leonard P. Kincade, filed a motion to qua^h the affidavit. This was! overruled and Wolfe waived arraignment and entered a plea ofnot guilty.Deputy Prosecutor Winfield Fox then placed Wilbur E Smith, Indianapolis. vice-president of theDrayer Storage Company of Indianapolis on the witness stand. Smith told of the theft of a television set from a loading platformof the incorporation and of being in the Municipal Court at Indianapolis, when David Frazier and Joseph F. Phillips were on trial for the theft of the television set.Detective Clint Seward was the second state witness and he told j of going in company with City Detective James Porter and StateDetective Harold Roseberrv to theWolfe Tavern in Dresser. At first Wolfe denied buying a television set, but later admitted he had pur-j chased a television set for S80 and later sold it. Wolfe accompanied the officers to the home of the man he had sold the set to and the set was recovered.Evidence in the case will be continued in the Friday afternoon session of the court.
