Rockwell when she failed to pay a fine Imposed upon her more than a year ago on a liquor charge. Her arrsct was the culmination of a raid by city police led by Prosecutor Howard D. Clark. She was found guilty in a hearing before Judyo Rrr!:\vell and fined $100 and costs, amounting; to $160.25.Af'it spending forty days in jail siio was re]cased when she promised to pay her fine in Installments.
