Fraley was charged with attacking 71-year-old William Foote and taking two dollars In change from him.Stephen Bradley Trent of Harmony was sentenced Thursday by Judge Copeland. Trent had pleaded guilty Tuesday to misdemeanor possession of hashish and felonious possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.Trent had been arrested Nov. 15 by Deputies James Clements and Cecil Cook when eight pounds of marijuana was uncovered at his home. Trent wassentenced to an 18-month term on the two counts.Gregory Edwin Taffe of Love Valley pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana and continued Judgment was entered in the case of payment of court costs. The state took noi pros with leave on the charge of possession of hashish with intent to distribute against Taffe.William Stanley Lewis pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor assault, inflicting serious injury, and was sm-tenced* to one year, suspended
