Prougli has been hold a prisoner awaiting hearing for about two weeks since the police* took him in custody at an early morning hour in a local cafe.The prosecution introduced in evidence at the hearing the fragments of a lmlfpint bottle which, according to! testimony of Patrolmen Peterson and j Kcimison, had contained an alcoholic beverage before it fell from Prough *a hands and was broken at about the same time that the officers entered th cafe.Attorney O. C, Hall, representing Prough, called several witnesses to the Stand to substantiate by their statements the story told by Prough to the! effect that he had taken tho bottle to the cafe to be filled with coffee and that it had been used as a container of coffee immediately prior to that1 time.
