Fuller, proprietor of the White Stage Line, for a permit to take on and discharge passengers in Santa Ana, was to be held before the State Railroad Commission ir Los Angeles today. Attorney Clyde Bishop, of Santa Ana, representing A. B. Watson, proprietor of the Crown Stage Line and the Valley Stage Line, was scheduled to present a protest against the granting of the permit. The grounds upon which the protest is based are that in the opinion of Watson, state traffic tn Santa Ana is already *well handled, and that there is no public need or demand for additional lines to take on and discharge passengers here.
