Iloted ( rimiuni Ca^is.Iiomer Wellington of Cambridge, who is held InMiddlesex county for attempted poisoning andother serious crUnes, was indicted by the SuffolkCounty Grand Jury, on Saturday morning, for forgery. He iffja not brought into court for arraignment.Among the indictments returned was one against Dr. Henry M. Leach, for procuring an abortion on Mattie S. Foster in the Ctiarieaiowo district, and John G. Nichols for being accessory before the fact of said abortion. 'they both pleaded not guilty and no time was assigned for trial.
