W. MosleyThe girls were first identified t y F o r t W o r t h poll c e a s “runaways,” however due to their ages and other circumstances disclosed with their disappearnce, there had been some doubt that they were runaways.In two different phone calls to Fort Worth law enforcement agencies m the past few weeks, it was reported that the bodies of the girls could be located in the Port Lavaca area.It was reported that a woman had called the Fort Worth chief of police a.id related that the bodies of the missing girls could be found in the river bottom area or near Hog Bog Port Lavacaauthorities believed the caller was referring to Hog Bayou near Highway 35The Sunday search has been instigated by Special Services, an investigative firm of Fort Worth, called in by the girls' families. The search will be coordinated by the CalhounCounty Sheriffs Department.It was reported that a $4,000 reward is being offered for information leading to thereturn or whereabouts of the girls.Calhoun Sheriff Maurice Wood said the search will extend from the Barge Canal to the Guadalupe River Bridge
