NASHVILLE. N. C. — Operators of cafes, meat markets, holds. frozen food lockers, and tourist courts in Nash County were lauded here today by County sanitarian W. B. Taylor for their cooperation during the first quarter of the current year, m Taylor said sanitary practicesan!have improved steadily and thathe!grades have improved accord-asiingly. He warned, however, that to l grades are likely to fall “because we’re approaching the fly season .''In announcing his first report of the year, Taylor said 35 per cent of cafes and restaurants under his supervision received “A” ratings (90 or above). Another 50 per cent were in the B”group (80 to 90).Twenty-five per cent of the meat markets rated an “A” grading, while another 50 per cent were classified as “B” establishments.Individual sanitation grades for Nash County establishments during the January-March periodof this year are as follows: CAFES AND RESTAURANTSSoda Shop Cafe, Spring Hope —94; Nashville Diner, Nashville —93 1-2; Tom’s Place, Rt. 1.
