Everett in City Court in the case of Joseph Traum, Sr., R. R. 5, Terre Haute, arrested on three charges March 30 in raids conducted by state police on three so-called clubs and three diners in and near the city.Attorney Lenhardt Bauer filed the motion which was taken under advisement by the court. Deputy Prosecutor J.
