Boy Sues Candy Maker For ‘Booby Trap’ BarCOVINGTON, Ky., April 10 (UP) —A candy bar that allegedly exploded and broke the jaw of Robert L. Browning, 17, of Boone County was center of a $15,700 damage suit.Browning brought suit in Kenton Circuit Court here through his father. Defendants were Schutter Candy Co. of New Jersey and its agent, Ernest Pieper. The boy sal the candy bar “explode:dI and knocked roe out when 1 hit into it, last October.
