All county warrants that are out have been served and the criminals apprehended. In 190S 31 arrests were made in this county and in 1909 and 1910, since the present county administration has been in office, the number of arrests that have been made amounts to 74. Thirty-five law-breakers have been sentenced to terms varying from 30 days to indeterminate penitentiary sentences of from one to 15 years.Sixteen prisoners were given minor sentences or fined in amounts up to $250.The following list shows in detail just what has been accomplished by Sheriff J.
