THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 1975Bombing suspect held saneFLORENCE (UPI) William Larry Webb, 20, a Tucso-man, has been ruled mentally competent to stand trial on an attempted murder charge for allegedly sending a bomb to his father's home.Pinal County Superior Court Judge T. J. Mahoney found Webb competent after hearing reports from three court-appointed psychiatrists.Webb was accused of placing a packaged bomb in the mailbox of his father’s home in Casa Grande last January.Newell Webb, 41, lost both arms when the package exploded as he opened it.
