Kansas City, April 10 (/P)—Judge Kimbrough Stone of the U. S. circuit court of appeals \,nd today attorneys for Charles “Lucky” Luciano would have until Monday to show cause why the appelate court should act in Luciano’s tight to ( scape extradition to New York on charges of compulsory prostitution.Luciano, reputed New York vice czar, is in jail at Little Hock,Ark.Judge Stone said he notified D. D. Panich, Luciano’s attorneyat Little Rock, he would have until 2 p.m. Monday to appear in the federal court at St. Louis and preterit a petition ol probable cause for appeal from the Arkansas federal court’s ruling denying Luciano a writ of habeas corpus.
