1 UriUCL ctuu UCIllUCJudee Taylor, on yesterday, instructed the jury trying the suit for damages of Kate Koster against the city, to find for the defendant. The suit was based on the drowning of plaintiff's husband in Pogue’s run, but the evidence failed to show either the deceased’s freedom from carelessness or the city’s culpability, hence Judge Taylor’s order.
