She is accused of stealing four rings from Montgomery-Wards Feb. 26.And 19-yearold Johnny Collins, Cloud Apartments, was hound over on four counis of burglary, lie is charged with breaking into three Kingsport houses and noe church, stealing a tape player, police scanners, a watch and some wine.
