Two Young Men Get Suspended SentencesSuspended prison terms were given two young men Monday by Dist. Judge D. A. Macpher-son. The pair was convicted by a district court jury last week on charges of breaking and en-terning and grand larceny.Fermin Gonzales, 18, of 1101 Arno NE, and David Jose Tapia, 20, of 512 Slate NE, were given concurrent terms of one to three years for breaking andentering and one to 10 year* for grand larceny. The sentences were suspended. »The court ordered the pair to serve 60 days in jail and toreport to the probation office periodically for 10 years. He told the men not to associate with each other henceforth. Judge Macpherson directed that th« pair be placed in “separate cells.”
