PRISONERS OFF TO PENITENTIARYBALDWIN AND CASE TAKEN TO LEAVENWORTH TO BEQIN SENTENCES.United States Marshal Frank B. Clark and Deputy A. D. Dunlap left this morning on the Milwaukee for Ft. Leavenworth with two prisoners oentenced to terms In the federal prison from the March term of the federal court held here last week.John W. Baldwin must serve two years for sending an obscene letter to a young lady of Shenandoah, his home town. Baldwin is 22 years old.Walter W. Case was given 13 months for boottlegging at Beacons* field. Ringgold county. He is about 45 years old. Both men have been confined in the county Jail since their trials last week.The federal officers are expected to j return this evening or tomorow.
