GRAND JURY MAKES REPORTFinds a Number of True Bills Against Several Prisoners Who Will be Held for Trial,The grand jury made its report yesterday afternoon .after having been in session seven days and having examined 35 witnesses. True bills were returned in the following cases:William Batisl'ore and T. Dailey, charged with attempting to break into the Carlin saloon on Harrison street between Fifteenth and Sixteenth.William Alexander and G. Tyler, two colored men, charged with larceny.Louis Roschlv, two indictments, charging larceny.William Upson, assault with intent to commit murder. Upson is the man who struck his wife on the head with a hatchet at his room on Main street above Seventh. He gave himself up at the county jail shortly after his alleged attempt to kill his wife.M. D. McDaniels, charged with obtaining money under false pretenses by passing a bogue check on M. D. Brown, the insurance agent..Tames Higgins, charged with malicious mischief. He is said to have broke a window in the Shady Side saloon on Bast Third street.The names of the members of the grand jury were signed to the report as follows: Thomas J.
