His wife, Sally Ann, 20, was booked for investigation of being an accessory to murder and possesing narcotics.Authorities said Weisse allegedly boarded the 45-foot sailboat owned by Robert Fin-kbine, 45, last Oct. 13 and used a gun to force Finkbine to sail toward Ventura.While at sea, authorities said, Weisse allegedly forced Finkbine to sign over the boat to him, then killed Finkbine and threw his weighted body overboard.Police said the boat subsequently was moored at the Ventura County Marina and later sold.
