OxnardIn Death OfOXNARD (UPI) - An Oxnard man and his wife were arrested Sunday in connection with the death of a man who apparently was killed aboard his cabin cruiser then thrown overboard en route from Marina Del Rey to Ventura County.Russell Wayne .Weisse, 28, was arrested on charges of armed robbery, kiahap and murder on a warrant issued inJailed%OwnerSanta Monica. His wife, Sally Ann, 20, Was booked on suspicion of accessory to murder and possession of dangerous drugs.Weisse allegedly forced Robert Finkbine, 48, of Marina Del Rey, to sign over the 45-foot boat while at sea Oct. 13, 1973. Investigators said Finkbine then was shot,- the body weighted then thrown overboard.
