Sally Ann, 20. Authorities said she was booked for investigation of possession of dangerous drugs and being an accessory to murder.The pair will be transfered from Ventura County jail to the Los Angeles County jail today and arraigned in Santa Monica Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.During the Oct. 13, 1973, incident. Weisse allegedly forced Finkbine, 48, to sign over the title to his boat before shooting him Investigators said Ihe boatwas later sold.Finkbme was the son ol a prominent Pasadena couple. Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Finkbine Sr , who resided in the urea for many years. Finkbineattended Polytechnic Elementary School and resided in Pasadena and Ftintridge before moving lo Marian Del Rev several years ago when he lived on his boatHis sister.
