Mesquakie Indian to be sentenced on murder chargeTOLEDO, Iowa IAP)—Preston Marcus Duncan, 35, of the Mesquakie Indian Settlement near Tama, will be sentenced May 14 on a charge of second degree murder.Duncan pleaded guility Friday to the charge in Tama County District Court. He was accused of the murder of Bruce Kaynard See, 19, Tama, whose body was found last August along some railroad tracks at the west edge of Tama.Duncan earlier had pleaded guilty to an open charge of murder, according to his attorney Friday’s hearing was called to determine the degree of guilt, said Judge John L.
